Frequently asked questions
What is a token?
A token is consumed each time you make an API call. Looking up a company
by KVK number via /v1/lookup/{kvkNumber} costs one token.
Search queries (/v1/search) and VAT validations (/v1/validate/vat)
have separate quotas.
What is enriched data?
The free plan returns basic data: company name, KVK number, address, and VAT number. With enriched data (Starter and Pro plans) you also get SBI codes, employee count, branch number, and more detailed company information.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
How does billing work?
We bill monthly or yearly via Moneybird. Payment is via SEPA direct debit. Invoices are automatically sent to your email. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
